Newspaper Origami Dress

Riveli Shelving

Mark Kinsley, a product designer, developed space-saving fold-down shelves known as Riveli Shelving. Not only do they fold up and down in many configurations, but you can customize them by creating your own design on the front of the panels. So basically artwork that turns into shelves.

Kinsley is currently in search of a manufacturer who will help him create a drop-in panel system so that you can change out the panel designs too!

Digital Trash Can Made Of Paper

Codeco has transformed the classic trash can computer icon into a paper cut project that brings the digital image to life. the design uses a single sheet of paper, which is cut-out, folded into form and glued together.

The template for the design is available for download through their site and could easily
be scaled to make a tabletop version or a life size trash can.

Devotion

10,000 origami flowers, all folded by James Roper. He folded these flowers over the course of three years. Every day he would fold an average of ten of them.
Then he created different compositions of the flowers on the floor of a gallery.

James Roper is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, painter and paper craftsman.

The project as a whole is called “Devotion.”

Grooveware is a creative series of three porcelain dishes and an ashtray. The basic forms are generic, except for the fact that each is paired with, and indented by an appropriate utensil.

The difference between K-wine and a traditional plate with glass holder is that K-wine moves the weight from the side to the middle of the plate. Therefore, even if the glass is full, the weight of the plate is balanced.
