Switch Sticky Notes
Yet another clever sticky note design. The staple stationery item becomes even more functional in the form of Switch Notes. This pad of sticky notes has a hole in the middle, just the right size to fix to a traditional light switch. There is even a small lip at the top to store your pen or pencil behind.
No one leaves the house with the lights on (I hope...) so no excuse for not getting things done!

Reflective Biker Gloves and Socks
The socks feature a reflective patch on the back, which, once you’ve tucked your trousers into them (to prevent the chain jamming) adds to making you as visible as possible on the road, and the gloves have a reflective arrow patch on each side, so you can signal before you turn with added visibility.Pack of two socks, or two gloves - one size and unisex, with sewn on reflective patches.

"Bang! Lights Out!" from Japanese design studio bitplay INC.(Jack Chang + Josh Cheng) gamifies the traditional desk lamp by adding a gun-shaped remote than not only turns the light off, but also causes the lampshade to tilt as if hit.

Pouring Light
The Pouring Light by Yeongwoo Kim is an inverted cup shaped lamp.
Mimicking the pouring liquid from the cup, the lamp glows up delightfully. The use of phosphorescence in the “water” part is what actually does the trick.

Kumi Yamashita, a talented Japanese artist, is famous for creating unique art by casting light over strategically placed objects.
The objects on the wall help direct the shadow and form cool silhouettes.

Rainbow Office
Designed by Dutch architecture firm Hofman Dujardin, the DLA Piper office is a playful space intended to accentuate the variations in sunlight throughout a typical working day.
What does that mean? The side of the building that receives the most sunlight is balanced with cooler tones, while the side that receives the least is compensated with warm tones.
Meanwhile, the giant gradient of carpet connects the four main meeting rooms, while also creating a simple and clear sense of orientation within the building.

Cherry Blossoms Soap is thin and very lightweight soap looks a petal of cherry blossom. Once you soak it in water,it melt into bubbles in a blink of an eye.

Write? Light!
How many times do a million things rummage through your head just after getting into bed; things you have to do, ideas, etc? You'll have to get out of bed, turn on the lights and write your thoughts down on a piece of paper (or what not) so that you don't forget about them?
Well with the Write?Light!, you wouldn't have to do that anymore!
It is a lamp that gives off a glow powerful enough to jot down a quick memo. And the way it works is darn cute; kinda like the inkwell and feather effect! Pick up the pencil to light-up; place it back to turn it off.
The Write? Light! Won a Silver Award at the IDEA Design Awards 2010.

Melting LED Light Bulbs
This concept created by industrial designer Keita Ogawa, won the bronze award in The 22nd Koizumi International Lighting Design Competition for Students. Every bulb looks like it’s melting while you use it.

Gesture-Controlled LED Lamp
Designer Hong-Kue Lee conceptualized this gesture-controlled LED lamp that allows users to determine how much light they’ll need. To use, simply swipe a finger or span your palm above a sensor on the body of the lamp.
