Puzzleboard

This Puzzleboard can be used in more ways than one.
Each board can be used on its own as a cutting board or serving plate, or put some them together and you've just super-sized your workspace. Ideal for cutting those long baguettes!

But the best thing is that any wineglass can be fitted into the blank spot of a board, allowing guests at parties to enjoy both wine & delicacies, while still having one hand free to greet other friends.

Levi’s x Opening Ceremony

An incredible collaboration ~ Levi’s x Opening Ceremony and design collective, CITIZEN:Citizen.

If you’ve been wandering around San Francisco lately, you may have noticed a lot of colorful mummified mannequins and objects around the city. Possibly accompanied by colorful posters that are large fabric swatches. If you’re really lucky, perhaps a mini of these swatches even arrived in your mail ~ in the form of one of the VIP Tickets to Levi’s x Opening Ceremony Launch Party!

Imaginitol

"To create an interesting and engaging invitation to The Creative Method Xmas party. It needed to illustrate what we do but also create a high level of interest and anticipation for the party. It needed to be humorous and memorable. It was also required to work as a new business piece outside of the Christmas invitation.

We based the idea on an imaginary pharmaceutical tablet that would solve their creative issues. Initially they were emailed a doctors prescription, followed by the package in a discrete paper bag. The invitation and the tablets were located inside. The party included staff dressed as doctors & medicinal shots administered by transvestites. The box and invitation are used as a new business teaser."

Largest Disco Ball In History: Paris' Nuit Blanche

French artist Michel de Broin built a massive disco ball that measures 23.6-feet in diameter and contains a whopping 1,000 individual mirrors. Then he attached the sphere to a crane 165-feet in the air and suspended it in the Jardin du Luxembourg during the Nuit Blanche event in Paris. After directing spotlights at it from various locations around the city, de Broin hit a switch and let the party commence.

The Tim Burton exhibit at MoMA in New York City is "a staggering look at the depth of Burton’s work that starts from pages torn out of childhood notebooks, runs through his student years at California Institute of the Arts and rounds out with his expansive film career. From Pee-wee’s Big Adventure, to Edward Scissorhands, to Batman, to The Nightmare Before Christmas, to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and beyond."

Here are some images from the opening party at the MoMA. The exhibit runs through April 26, 2010.
