Lego And Muji Join Forces




MUJI partnered with LEGO on a fun new concept. The idea is to punch LEGO-sized holes in paper and then use both the lego pieces and paper to create and build whatever comes to mind.

Available November 27th at MUJI Japan – just in time for the Holiday season. US and European MUJI locations have yet to confirm stock.

Hilton Hotels Unveil New Name And Logo



This past week Hilton Worldwide (formerly Hilton Hotels Corporation) unveiled its new corporate name and logo designed by Landor.

"With the addition of the word 'worldwide' the new logo unites all members of the organization across all parts of the globe with one shared vision for success. The platinum and gold stylized H evokes quality, stature and the richness of Hilton’s heritage. The two halves are reflective, which are a reminder of the company’s storied past and vibrant future, and the open curves are welcoming, symbolizing the world of travel by suggesting the round edges of the globe, the arch of a bridge and posts of a bed."

A Fresh New Look for the Bible


UK publishing house Hodder & Stoughton have published a new paperback edition of the Bible with a remarkable cover designed by Crush Design & Art Direction Ltd. On their website the Brighton based creative agency explains:

"We were set a tough challenge with this brief to create a fresh new look for The Bible and make it a best selling summer read. Our illustrations made this book the summer’s must have accessory for any non card carrying Christian.
"

The idea behind this edition of the Bible was to encourage people who might never have owned a Bible to feel comfortable buying a copy.
