Art Lebedev has come up with the idea of making USB flash drives on cardboard, which can be easily torn from a strip, and you can write down the file content on the exterior with a pen and share it!
"It's made out of: Insulation foam, joint compound, a cardboard box, glue, some gesso spray and acrylic paint. Pretty amateur stuff actually, and a really fun project. Took me about 2-3 weeks to finish. "
Kiel Johnson and Klai Brown made a Cool 8-bit costume for a Toshiba commercial. Called Gary. They cut the "large pixels" from sheets of high density foam and glued them to "an articulated cardboard suit structure". Kiel said:
"I think I cut around 4000 pixels. Not all used for Gary... we are building two more characters for a video project."

Just after Christmas, MINI strategically distributed massive cardboard cartons with torn gift wrapping in trash heaps all over the Dutch city. Each box had a large diagram of the car with the words MINI COOPER across the top as if the car had been packaged inside.
Its called Le Clochard quilt cover. The idea is to "sleep under a cardboard box so a homeless young person doesn’t have to". SZN, a foundation for homeless people in the Netherlands was selling these beddings to fund housing projects, help young people find work and continue their education. Check it out here.
