Edible Pen

Edible Pens by Dave Hakkens.
A lot of us chew on our pens constantly, Im sure many will appreciate this!

"The candy which is used doesn’t stick on anything and doesn't melt when it's in your hans. (To get an idea: It has the same texture as candy bracelets.)It contains 22 pieces and is filled with edible ink. The only thing which isn't edible is the small point where you write with. When finished you throw it away or put in in a new re-fill pen."

Chocolate Stamps

Chocolate Stamps by Toby Ng.

These chocolate-flavored stamps (unfortunately still a concept) are leading a joyful reform to the habit of stamp-licking. With dark, milk, and white chocolate flavors to be chosen from, stamp-licking may well become a prevailing and irresistible act for those who shunned. Each set of 24 1st class stamps are arranged as a bar of chocolate and packaged in an envelope in the color of its flavor.

Sadly, Spoonachos are only a concept at the moment, designed by Denis Bostandzic. But I have a gut feeling that it won't be too long before we see them in supermarkets! Definitely hope so!...

Waive Chaise

This was an entry for a competition for teenage furniture design.
Designed by Roberta RammĂŞ from Brazil.

I soooo want one!

Designer's own words:
"Imagine a furniture to wear... then dress it with an innovator design, intense colors, ergonomics and technology appeal. Like in fashion, the point is to unify beauty, comfort, and functionality. Whether your desire is to watch TV or DVD, listen to your favorite CD, read, talk on the phone, or even study, take a nap or browse the internet, you got it close, in a multifunctional chaise-longue. This concept is inspired by the values and personality of a today's teenager and the standards generated by a global hi-tech culture of facilities, where the access to technology is cheap and easy."

Would be cool to see it applied to different countries/cities.

Iceberg: Floating Cottage

Observing the structure of icebergs, Austrian architect Daniel Anderson has created a floating summer cottage design for Aland Hotels.

The minimalist exterior is an attempt to remain unintrusive to the wild surroundings. The 60m2 structure is partially submerged in the water with its roof top offering surfaces in which to lie and take in the scenery. Large windows seek to give a spacious feeling to the interior rooms and views of the surrounding panorama. The project is currently in the concept phase.
