Scoop: New Lotus Exige Reveals itself in the Open

Last time we brought you spy photos of the 2013 Lotus Exige, it was a set of grainy pictures shot from a distance, which only revealed the profile of the British firm's mid-engine sports car. But our canny scoopsters are back with a new batch of photos, this time showing the prototype in detail.

The developed model pictured appears to have a longer wheelbase and rear overhang than the outgoing Exige while the design is entirely new featuring a lower nose that resembles the styling of the Evora. Our spies told us that the car also looked wider than the older model.

Spied: 2013 Ford B-MAX Small MPV Based on Fiesta Starts Taking Shape

Ford is putting the final development touches on the production version of its Fiesta-based B-MAX small MPV that was snagged with a funky color scheme and very few parts covered up while testing in Europe.

The subtle camouflage does little to hide the fact that the B-MAX's design is very close to the original concept displayed at the Geneva Salon earlier this year right up to the sliding rear-doors.

The only noteworthy changes over the Blue Oval's concept study concern the addition of door handles and the much smaller alloy wheel and tire combos. From these pictures, we can't be sure if Ford has equipped the tall five-door model with B-pillars.

Scoop: 2012 Peugeot 2008 Small Crossover to Take on the Nissan Juke

It's been over a year since the PSA Peugeot-Citroën group announced an agreement with Mitsubishi to develop and adapt the Japanese company's ASX small crossover for its two brands in Europe and possibly other markets down the road.

Now, our spy photographers have captured the Peugeot-branded version of the Mitsubishi ASX, which is also called the Outlander Sport in the USA, and RVR in Japan and Canada, while testing in Europe. From what we understand and judging by the firm's current naming literature, the Peugeot model will carry the 2008 moniker.

2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Facelift Snagged without Camo

Earlier this month, we brought you some of the first spy shots of the facelifted 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe nabbed while doing the rounds on the Nürburgring racetrack. But as you'd expect, the prototype was all bagged up in black camouflage to cover the styling changes.

Now, a Gencoupe forum member posted a set of grainy cell phone pictures of the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe that appear to have been shot on a transportation ship. While we can't be absolutely certain, the photos do look real and the cosmetic changes are the same we pointed out in our spy story.

Spied: Ferrari 599 Replacement Filmed Doing the Rounds on the Fiorano Test Track

Ferrari seems to be hell bent on replacing its entire lineup in just two years time. In 2010, Maranello revealed the F430’s successor, the gorgeous 458 Italia. This year, the not-so-beautiful (to put it nicely) 612 Scaglietti gave its place to the brand’s first ever four-wheel-drive sports GT, the shooting-brake-bodied FF.

And only three days ago, the Italians debuted the F430 Spider’s replacement, the 458 Italia Spider featuring a retractable hard top that will make its world premiere at next month's Frankfurt Motor Show.

Spied: 1,200HP Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Super Sports in the Works

Production of the coupe variant of the world's fastest hypercar, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, may have come to an end this year, but its targa-top Grand Sport sibling will continue hanging around for a bit longer.

And we all know what that means – yes, Bugatti is preparing yet another special edition of the Veyron Grand Sport. Our spies recently nabbed a prototype model testing on the road. We're not sure of the name, but it is believed that it will follow in the lines of the 1,200HP Veyron 16.4 Super Sport.

2013 Chevrolet Colorado Pickup Truck Caught Without Camo at Parking Lot

The next generation of the Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck concept has been doing the motorshow rounds this year having made appearances (in chronological order) at the Bangkok International Auto Show in Thailand, at the Buenos Aires Motorshow in Argentina and more recently, at the Australian auto show in Sydney.

While each model was presented in a different trim and body style, all three Colorado trucks were concept studies, with GM stating that it will reveal the final production version by the end of the year.

For those of you wondering if the road-going model will actually look like the concept, send your greetings to Carscoop reader Palit W. who dropped these photos of the production 2013 Chevrolet Colorado scooped undisguised (bar Chevy's logos) at a parking lot in Thailand.

SCOOP: New Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe Black Series Spotted with Aerodynamics Package

SCOOP: 2013 Audi A6 Allroad Quattro Snagged on the Road

Audi's solution for those searching to combine the practicality and roominess of a station wagon model with the higher ground clearance, all-wheel drive and body protection of an SUV is the Allroad Quattro series.

The urban-offroad combo treatment has been offered for a while now on Audi's palette of station wagon models, and with the introduction of the latest A6 Avant earlier this year, we knew it was only a matter of time before we heard news about an Allroad Quattro model.

SPIED: New Diesel-Powered BMW X6 M Spotted on the 'Ring?

There has been a lot of talk lately about BMW's plans to introduce its first-ever diesel-powered 'M' model. Just last week, the Detroit-Bureau spoke to BMW M Manager Brian Watts who confirmed the German company's interest in an M-badged diesel model.

The news site also cited inside sources to say that the plans calls for the development of a highly modified version of BMW's 3.0-liter straight-six oil-burner fitted with three-turbochargers developing around 500-horsepower and well over 600 lb-ft of peak torque. This engine would be fitted on M-badged versions of the 5-Series and the X6 crossover.

And while we're patiently waiting for the standard A-Class to be officially revealed, our spy photographers moved on to the next big thing from Mercedes as they managed to capture the flagship AMG model testing in Germany.

2012 Toyota Tacoma Facelift Revealed in Leaked Promotional Clip?

While Toyota may be taking its time to release information on its 2012 portfolio in the United States, pictures and video of its upcoming models are already making the internet rounds. Following the early reveal of the 2012 Camry, the folks over at the PickupTrucks website found an allegedly official promotional video on Vimeo featuring the 2012 Tacoma facelift.

The clip was removed but not before the website took a few shots of Toyota's subtly refreshed pickup truck. If this is indeed the 2012 Tacoma, then the changes on the outside are minimal and mostly concentrated up front with the newly shaped chrome grille and black trim on the bumper.

SPIED: Is Jaguar Readying a Hardcore XFR-S?

With the recent presentation of the redesigned for the 2012 model year XF and XFR, you would think that Jaguar was done with this generation of its premium offering in the mid-size sedan segment.

However, that doesn’t seem to be the case as our scoop photographers captured what at first appears to be a "normal" XFR but a closer looks reveals that this factory prototype is wearing the dark alloy rims of the XKR-S while we can also see a roll cage inside (apparently used for the safety of the test drivers).

SCOOP: 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Facelift Gains Styling Tweaks and More Powerful V6

Hyundai's well-received first attempt in the rear-wheel drive sports car segment, the Genesis Coupe, is up for a mid-life nip and tuck, which will be more than skin deep.

Our spies nabbed a camouflaged prototype of the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe testing in and around the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany. The first thing that caught our attention on the outside is the boot lid but we’re not certain if Hyundai has redesigned the rear end or is simply trying out a new spoiler.

SPIED: Audi Begins Testing its BMW X6-Rivaling Q6 Sports Crossover

It has begun. We're talking about the development phase of the Audi Q6 which will expand the firm's Q series of crossover models and offer the Ingolstadt-based automaker a direct challenger to BMW's successful X6, as well as to the equivalent model that's being planned by Mercedes-Benz.

The prototype seen here is an early engineering test mule sporting an elongated version of the Audi Q5 platform architecture (notice the wider B-pillar on the modified Q5 body), and has been developed to evaluate the Q6's underpinnings and mechanical hardware.

U-Spy: Audi Q7 Pickup Truck is the Real Deal

A little over a month ago, we showed you a photo of a two-door Audi Q7 Pickup Truck, wondering at the same time if the picture was real or the result of some handy digital manipulation.

Earlier this week, Carscoop reader "Majdo-dk" tipped us off through our comments that the Audi Q7 Pickup Truck does indeed exist in real life, and to prove it, he pointed us towards a Facebook page with four photos of the one-off model.
