Customize Your Own Nike Sneakers

Following my last post, I thought maybe some of you might be interested in customizing your own sneakers. At NikeID, you can pick the shoe you want and mess around with colors and patterns. Best part is that you can actually get your name or whatever text you want imprinted on the shoes. The service is not available in Leb ofcourse but you can get them shipped from the US. Its worth it.

Sneakers are just one of those things that we don't really think of...how they are made, who makes them, how they are designed. Well, this link is the ultimate eye opener. So many beautiful sketches of all kinds of shoes. Some inspired by cars, other by people etc. I would just absolutely love to design one myself someday! You really have to check them out (there are many more than what I just posted here).
